If you are having trouble viewing our web pages. Okipoker is best viewed in 800x600 screen size or bigger. This means 800 pixels width by 600 pixels height. You can normally adjust these settings in your screen properties dialogue box in Windows.

Forum issues

If you are having sign up issues with our forum first make sure you are following all of the instructions word for word in the sign up process.

Q. When I try to sign up it says my email address is already in use.

A. Our forums only allow one email address per user to sign up. This means you must have signed up before and you should follow the retrieve username and password instruction form here.

Q. I have already signed up but I cannot get into the Okipoker forum.

A. Is the Forum closed? If not you could have a cookie issue in your browser. Try clearing your browser cache and re-enter the forum again.

Okipoker Tournaments

Q. I want to play an Okipoker tournament, where is the password?

A. The passwords are for forum members only. You need to join the Okipoker forums and check out the password eligibility criteria.

Q. I got the password but it doesn't work in the poker client password box?

A. All of our passwords are in lowercase. If you are sure you entered it correctly and it still doesn't work after repeated tries then please contact Administration immediately and inform us of this error so we can rectify it as soon as possible.

Q. Where can I get a schedule of Okipoker's tournaments?

A. You can view Okipokers schedule in two places in the forum. The threads or the Calendar.

Okipoker RADIO

Q. How do I tune into the Radio show?

A. Click the Radio tab at the top of the page then look towards the bottom of that page. You will see there are various ways to tune into the Okipoker radio show.

Q. I have clicked the tune in button on the radio page, but I hear nothing?

A. Press the stop button on your player, wait a few seconds then press the play button. If this doesn't fix it then the radio could be down for maintenance. This just means the server is not transmitting and won't be playing. Give it an hour and the radio should be back on.

Q. I would like to be on the Radio show.

A. First of all you need to be a member of the Okipker forums. If you want to come on via Skype it is best you add okiradio to your Skype links in advance. Otherwise you could just phone in and have your couple of minutes over the phone.
